4. Repeat Infringers

Buongif reserves the right to terminate user access for repeat copyright infringement violations.

5. Good Faith and Misuse

Please note that under the DMCA, anyone who knowingly submits false claims of infringement may be liable for damages. Ensure that your claim is valid before submitting a notice.
